This includes core structure, façade systems, interior fit-outs, mechanical and electrical systems, and sustainability certifications (LEED Gold).

Office spaces available for lease from:

€16/m² per month, depending on floor level, unit size, and fit-out options.
Executive floor lease: From €20/m² per month (15th floor with premium finishes and skyline view)

Common Area Maintenance (CAM): €3.50/m²
Fit-out and customization packages available upon request.
